There were a lot of update and changes in the JavaForge enviroment in the past few weeks (including database changes) so that might be a reason.

This one gives a 403: http://dock.javaforge.com/index.html

This one correctly states that "index2.html" does not exist: http://dock.javaforge.com/index2.html

So the system does find something behind "http://dock.javaforge.com/index.html", it's just not handled the way one (or I) would suspect.

The project decription wrongly states : See also: http://dock.javaforge.com/

I see this problem also.
